CONNECTING NEW YORK: LEADING ACROSS GEOGRAPHY

New York is geographically diverse, and that diversity is a strength. The miles between us should never determine access, influence, or opportunity. If elected, I will intentionally design statewide systems that ensure every Soror, and every member of our adult and youth auxiliaries has equitable access, meaningful visibility, and a voice in our collective mission.

Equitable Access

  • Rotate major state events equitably across all regions of New York.

  • Offer hybrid options for trainings, meetings, and events when feasible & aligned with policy.

  • Publish calendars early so chapters can plan and budget.

Balanced Representation

  • Elevate leaders from across NY to serve as state appointees & committee members.

  • Highlight accomplishments from every geographic area in statewide communications.

Cross-Regional Collaboration

  • Pair chapters from different geographic areas for service & leadership initiatives.

  • Connect youth advisors & members across the state for mentorship and shared programming.

  • Explore hosting mobile state-level event hubs across New York.

Transparency & Recognition

  • Track participation and impact statewide to measure inclusion.

  • Celebrate achievements with rotating recognition across the state.
