How I Will Engage Undergraduate Members
Engagement will be intentional; not overwhelming.
If elected, I will:

Retention & Belonging Matter
Undergraduate membership should feel sustainable, not exhausting.
I will work to:

Review engagement and retention patterns

Facilitate undergraduate to graduate chapter transfers through hosted connections.

Share data informed strategies with chapters

Promote psychologically safe chapter culture

Support chapters in cultivating environments where sorors choose to stay
