Empire State Dove Advisory Council
If elected, I will establish a statewide Dove Advisory Council composed of chapter Dove Coordinators. The Council will:

Convene virtually on a regular basis

Surface concerns and best practices

Coordinate milestone recognition

Provide perspective on initiatives impacting senior membership
The Council will be collaborative and advisory, not an additional reporting burden.
Our Zeta Doves deserve consistent, intentional engagement grounded in Dignity Centered Engagement Standards that prioritize respect, agency, and care. If elected, my initiative will ensure that no Dove is overlooked and that legacy voices remain central in our state.
Meaningful Engagement & Access
In partnership with the Council, I will develop a practical Dove Engagement and Care Guide rooted in Dignity Centered Engagement Standards. The guide will support chapters through:
